A Human Resources Assistant provides administrative support in the human resources department of a company or organization. Manages employee records, advertises job postings, and organizes materials required from job applicants.
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (Flexible start time) About the Role We are seeking a highly organized Recruiting Coordinator to support a fast-paced Talent Acquisition team during a period of significant hiring growth. This rol e is responsible for coordinating high-volume interviews, supporting recruiting operations, and delivering an exceptional experience for both candidates and hiring managers. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong scheduling, administrative, and customer service experience who enjoys working in a collaborative, deadline-driven environment. Key Responsibilities Coordinate a high volume of onsite and virtual interviews. Schedule interviews between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers. Send interview confirmations, Outlook calendar invitations, and candidate communications. Coordinate interview logistics, including conference room reservations and virtual meeting links. Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process. Maintain interview schedules, recruiting documentation, and historical interview records. Support pre-employment activities, including background checks, drug screenings, and onboarding documentation. Assist with maintaining applicant tracking system (ATS) records and ensuring data accuracy. Partner with HR, hiring managers, security, and other internal teams to ensure a seamless interview experience. Perform additional administrative support for the Talent Acquisition team as needed. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. 4+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR support, administrative support, or office coordination (8+ years preferred without a bachelor's degree). Experience scheduling interviews, meetings, or calendars in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Teams, and Word. Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines and service level agreements (SLAs). Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting a Talent Acquisition or Recruiting team. Experience coordinating high-volume interviews. Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) such as Workday, Taleo, Greenhouse, or iCIMS. Experience with onboarding, background checks, or pre-employment processes. Customer service or administrative experience supporting multiple stakeholders.
