Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: Performs general administrative duties which include greeting visitors, answering phones, filing, ordering supplies and any other clerical support. Recruits for all hourly roles Partners with several employment agencies for temp to permanent roles. Tracks all temporary labor which includes verification of temporary time clock records, data input, invoice validation and submission for payment to Accounts Payable. Handle all pre-employment items for new hires, new hire orientation and benefits enrollment Process, tracks, records and communicate all vacation and earned sick leave requests. Create new hire packets, schedule interviews, coordinate drug tests/physicals, administrate attendance policy and handle other confidential information. Assists in the coordination of catering for employee luncheons and/or meetings as necessary. Prints/copies any training information for manufacturing operations team related to operations, human resources or safety.
