Data entry
Daily assistance/interaction with hourly and Management employees
Communications with both internal and external departments
General Receptionist Duties
Daily Attendance Tracking
Filing as required
Various duties as required This is an on-site position. Qualifications Qualified candidates for the Temporary Human Resources Clerk position should have the following: Must be familiar with Microsoft Word & Excel
Possess efficient data entry skills
Good customer service skills
Good work history and attendance
Must be able to work with confidential matters
Team Player with good communication skills
Good Telephone etiquette skills
Possess a professional attitude/conduct
English/Spanish Bilingual Skills a plus Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
