Human Resources Administrative Assistant Job Responsibilities:
In this role, you will provide general administrative and clerical support to multiple areas within the Human Resources department.
Responsibilities may include:
Assisting with HR-related administrative projects
Providing support to benefits and recruitment functions
Preparing, organizing, and maintaining documents and records
Assisting with general office and clerical tasks
Supporting various administrative projects and department needs
Qualifications:
Human Resources Administrative Assistant Job Qualifications:
At least 1 year of general office, clerical, or administrative support experience
Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
Comfortable working with confidential information
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat preferred
Ability to manage multiple tasks and provide dependable administrative support
