Job Description

Job Summary:
Responsible for coordinating workforce planning processes to support staffing efficiency, inform talent acquisition strategies, and alignment with organizational strategy. Develops and executes social media strategies to enhance employer branding and attract a diverse pool of candidates. Provides support in data analysis and coordination of workforce planning activities to ensure accuracy and consistency. Ensures compliance with organizational policies, labor regulations, and staffing standards through accurate headcount and position management. Coordinates collaboration with HR, finance, and business leaders to align workforce supply with organizational demand and adjust talent acquisition strategies.
Essential Functions:
  • Coordinates workforce planning and talent acquisition strategy activities including headcount tracking, forecasting support, and staffing models.
  • Prepare standard analyses and materials to support HR, finance, and leadership workforce planning and talent acquisition strategy discussions.
  • Partners with HR business partners and managers align workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies with talent management strategies and organizational goals.
  • Supports annual workforce planning cycles, budgeting processes, and position management.
  • Collaborates with finance to reconcile headcount data with budgeted positions and forecast models.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and labor regulations in workforce planning activities.
  • Supports process improvements and standardization efforts to enhance workforce planning and talent acquisition efficiency.
  • Coordinates communication and scheduling for workforce planning meetings, reviews, and approvals.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
Education Requirement:
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience Requirement:
2-3 years of experience An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. All experience must be paid and in the same related field. Part-time and PRN experience will be prorated based on hours worked per week. Volunteer work and internships for academic credit are not counted.
Certifications & Licensures:
SHRM-CP or PHR preferred
