Job Description

Recruiting Coordinator Administrative/Clerical Florence , Kentucky MAU is hiring a Recruiting Coordinator in Florence, KY. As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will support the full-cycle recruitment process by screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring an efficient and organized hiring workflow.   • Associate degree (2-year college) or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of customer service and/or clerical experience
  • Data entry experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Preferred Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree (HR related is preferred) General Requirements

  • Review and evaluate inbound job applications from multiple platforms
  • Conduct high-volume phone screenings with candidates
  • Manage candidate flow throughout the recruitment lifecycle
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS and tracking systems
  • Coordinate onboarding processes including background checks, drug screens, and E-Verify
  • Perform data entry for candidate and job information across systems
  • Ensure compliance with quality and process standards
  • Support Staffing Specialists with scheduling, communication, and file management
  • Continuously improve recruitment processes and service delivery
  • Perform additional duties as assigned Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Ability to stand or walk for up to 4 hours
  • Ability to sit for up to 4 hours
  • Ability to climb stairs multiple times per day Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift 5-20 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally
