This position will ensure there is a smooth operational flow for administrative requests/processes. Responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to: Administrative support to department leadership Coordination of information flow within the department, University and local-national community Faculty recruitment and onboarding support Facilitating documentation for faculty administrative processes (i.e. Promotion and Tenure, DOE, FPR, etc.) Faculty Travel Coordination Event Planning and Special Projects Skills / Knowledge / Abilities N/A Does this position have supervisory responsibilities?
