Job Description
This is what you bring to us: Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills. Support the organization and implementation of HR filing tools, systems and digitalization. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Ability to lift up to 15 lbs. Authorization to work in the U.S. Reliable transportation to our Lexington, KY facility. Bi-lingual Prefered You can look forward to these exciting tasks: Collaborate closely with our Talent Acquisition and P&O teams to ensure hiring priorities are effectively executed. Gain hands-on experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel) and Outlook. Support employee onboarding and maintain accurate records. Contribute to special projects and other duties as assigned that advance the Webasto People & Organization team's initiatives. The minimum requirements you will need: Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field Preferably Junior or Senior school year, or pursuing Master's Degree Advantages of working for Webasto Sunroofs Inc.: Competitive pay. 72 hours of wellness benefits.
