Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits administration, and various operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in data management. This position requires strong communication skills and a solid understanding of human capital management principles to foster a positive work environment. Responsibilities Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews. Support employee onboarding and orientation processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires. Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data entry in systems. Assist employees with inquiries regarding benefits administration. Collaborate with management on performance management initiatives, including employee evaluations and training & development programs. Facilitate communication between employees and management regarding HR policies, procedures, and employee relations matters. Assist with compliance related to
FMLA, OSHA
regulations, affirmative action planning, and employment & labor law. Support workforce management activities by collecting data for analysis and reporting purposes. Maintain accurate records of and ensure compliance with company policies. Qualifications Experience in Human Resources, Finance, or a related field is preferred. Previous administrative experience in an HR setting is highly desirable. Strong understanding of talent management practices including recruiting, interviewing, and conflict management. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with employees at all levels of the organization. Proficient in data collection and analysis. Knowledge of payroll system UKG is beneficial but not required. Previous experience in a finance or administrative role is advantageous. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion is a must.
