Job Summary:
The Gate Attendant will monitor property, visitors and vendors.
Duties/Responsibilities:
1. Greets all entrants in a courteous and professional manner. 2. Escalates any issues, questions or concerns to the Manager of Human Resources and/or Operations Manager depending on the issue. 4. Records time, date of arrivals on a daily log. At the end of the day the checkpoint log is typed and sent to the Operations Manager, Manager of Human Resources and Payroll. 5. Works harmoniously with other employees. 6. Ensure the Gate Office is maintained in a clean and orderly manner. 7. All other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
1. Effective verbal and written communication skills and ability to read and write in order to communicate and give verbal instructions. 2. Excellent observational skills and attention to detail. 3. Excellent customer service skills. 4. Ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations. 5. Must have computer skills -
Outlook, Word, Excel Education and Experience:
High School Diploma (or GED), preferred
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds at a time.
