We are looking for an energetic, organized, and bilingual (English/Spanish) professional to join our team as a Marketing & HR Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, recruiting top talent, building community relationships, and helping a growing healthcare organization succeed. What You'll Do Human Resources & Recruiting Recruit and hire nurses Post and manage job advertisements on Indeed and other job boards Screen applicants and schedule interviews Maintain employee records and compliance documentation Assist with employee engagement and retention Communicate with English- and Spanish-speaking applicants and employees Marketing & Community Outreach Coordinate community events and networking opportunities Build relationships with hospitals, physicians, senior centers, and referral partners Assist with marketing and business development initiatives Required Fluent in English and Spanish (speaking and writing) Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Reliable transportation Professional appearance and positive attitude Preferred Experience in recruiting, human resources, marketing, or healthcare Home health or healthcare industry experience What We Offer Competitive pay Paid time off Health insurance benefits (if applicable) Retirement plan (if applicable) Schedule Monday-Friday Occasional community events
