We specialize in bouquet manufacturing and logistics services for supermarkets, mass market retailers, and other outlets, with a growing focus on e-commerce fulfillment. General Overview The HR Administrative Assistant is an entry-level support position responsible for assisting the Company's HR leadership team with daily administrative and operational tasks. This role provides coordination and on-site support for Human Resources processes, employee communication, documentation management, and general office functions to help ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
Reports to:
Human Resources Manager Duties and Responsibilities Assist with onboarding paperwork, employee forms, and document collection Maintain organized employee files and HR documentation (physical and digital) Assist with new hire coordination and scheduling Support HR administrative processes and day-to-day office coordination Provide on-site support and communication updates to remote HR leadership Assist with maintaining compliance-related documentation and workplace postings Assist with data entry, reporting, and administrative tracking Maintain confidentiality of employees and company information Maintain clear, professional, and timely communication Support continuous improvement of administrative and HR processes Maintain punctuality, reliability, and consistent attendance Qualifications Strong organizational and administrative skills Strong attention to detail and follow-through Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle confidential information professionally Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong listening and problem-solving abilities Basic proficiency in 365 Microsoft Office Education and Experience Previous administrative, office support, or HR-related experience (preferred but not required) Associate degree or HR-related coursework (preferred but not required) Bilingual English/Spanish required High school diploma or equivalent required
