ABOUT YOU
As a Human Resources Assistant, you are a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment, demonstrating sound judgment, discretion, and a strong sense of ownership. You communicate with clarity and confidence, build trusted relationships across the organization, and bring a continuous improvement mindset that enhances processes, drives efficiency, and elevates the overall performance of the People & Culture function.
What you will do:
Provides high-level executive support by managing complex priorities, communications, and follow-through while maintaining discretion and sound judgment. Coordinates and tracks cross-functional projects, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and team outputs remain aligned, visible, and on schedule. Oversees daily People & Culture operations, managing office logistics, stakeholder relationships, and maintaining a professional, efficient, and well-functioning environment. Manages budgets, onboarding logistics, and compliance processes while driving continuous improvement and enhancing overall team effectiveness.
What you offer:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Project Management, or a related field, with demonstrated experience supporting senior executives, ideally within a People/HR function. 3+ years of experience managing projects and budgets for a multi-person team, with strong organizational and coordination skills. Advanced proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, with experience leveraging HR systems such as HRIS, ATS, or digital signature platforms. Strong competencies in continuous improvement, financial acumen, communication, accountability, and discretion when handling sensitive executive and employee information.
