We are searching for a Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. Under the direction of the Vice President of Human Resources, the HR Coordinator performs Human Resources-related duties at the supportive level and may carry out responsibilities in some or all the following functional areas: recruiting, pre-boarding, on-boarding, benefits, HRIS, payroll, employee relations, compliance, and training. Essential Functions Facilitates smooth new hire onboarding process, including all administrative tasks for onboarding Runs CORI checks and OIG Checks for all new hires. Accurately maintains employee records in the HRIS, ensuring completion and accuracy of details. Processes and ensures quality control of employee life cycle data in the HRIS. Accurately processes status changes in the HRIS, and updates information in HS and Fidelity such as job change, rate change, promotion, transfer, benefit eligibility, manager changes etc. Performs new hire entry into ADP, assigns onboarding experiences, and tracks timely completion by new hires. Completes new hire entry as appropriate. Maintains access to ADP; resetting passwords / re-sending a security code. Processes offboarding activities such as benefit termination, account deactivation, internal notifications, separation paperwork and any additional notifications necessary. Processes all Verification of Employment and acts as back up for Wage Verifications. Prepares employee Verification of Employment or Insurance letters as needed. Processes Medical Support orders. Keeps HR standard forms up to date on Intranet. Supports company-wide information meetings such as open enrollment, new hire orientation, and meetings to announce or discuss changes in retirement or benefits plans. Assist with the organization and management of personnel files including regular filing, conducting routine file audits and purging files to ensure compliance standards are being met. Process HR invoices and mail. Maintains regular and punctual attendance. Complies with all company policies and procedures. Performs other duties as assigned. Requirements Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field. Efficient HR administration and people management skills. Demonstrated ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines. High level of computer literacy (MS Office Suite, HRIS, and software applications). Strong organization skills and a champion of accuracy/attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to be flexible and work in a fast-paced environment. Exercises sound judgment. Must be poised, professional and able to take a pro-active and collaborative approach to work and projects. Must have a high level of integrity and be able to respect, protect and maintain a strict level of confidentiality. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple assignments simultaneously. Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate with all levels in the organization.
