HR Coordinator - Temp-to-Hire A growing organization is looking to add an HR Coordinator to its team in a newly created role designed to strengthen and expand its HR function. This is a great opportunity for an early-career HR professional who has a foundation in corporate HR and is looking to gain broader exposure across both Talent Acquisition and HR Operations. This is a fully on-site position in Bridgewater , Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM-5:00 PM. About the Role This position will be split approximately 50% Talent Acquisition support and 50% HR Operations , giving you the opportunity to build experience across multiple areas of HR.

Talent Acquisition:

Support the recruiting and hiring process from job posting through onboarding Coordinate interviews and candidate communication Maintain accurate candidate information within the ATS Assist with sourcing and other recruiting-related projects Partner with hiring managers and the HR team throughout the hiring process

HR Operations:

Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files, and HRIS information Support I-9 compliance and HR audits Assist with benefits administration, leave management, FMLA, and Workers' Compensation Provide payroll support and help resolve employee questions Assist with performance appraisal processes Create and maintain HR processes, procedures, and SOPs Support reporting, data maintenance, and process improvement initiatives Assist with day-to-day HR projects and other administrative needs What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field 1-3+ years of corporate HR experience Hands-on experience working with an ATS/recruiting system Experience supporting HR operations and employee processes Familiarity with an

HRIS/HCM

system Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to handle confidential employee information professionally Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities Paycor payroll experience is a plus This role is ideal for an up-and-coming HR professional who has established a foundation in HR and is ready to expand their skill set.
