Job Description
Position OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Human Resources Administrator to support daily HR operations and employee-related processes. This role is responsible for maintaining employee records, assisting with onboarding and offboarding activities, supporting recruitment efforts, and ensuring HR documentation is accurate and compliant. The ideal candidate is professional, confidential, and committed to providing exceptional support to employees and leadership.
Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with employee onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes.
Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
Support recruiting efforts by scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates.
Process employment-related paperwork and ensure compliance with company policies.
Assist with benefits administration and employee inquiries.
Track employee attendance, leave requests, and other personnel information.
Coordinate training programs and employee development activities.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee and company information.
Generate reports and provide administrative support to the HR team.
Assist with special projects and other HR initiatives as assigned.
