Openings Position Overview:
Seeking a reliable and professional Practice Assistant. This role will primarily support the phone room, assisting patients and coordinating with staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls in a phone room setting Provide excellent customer service to patients Assist with scheduling, inquiries, and general administrative support Support front desk operations as needed (check-in/check-out) Collaborate with a team of 2-3 staff members
Qualifications:
Experience with EPIC (required) Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Additional Requirements:
Must be available for in-person or virtual interviews Reliable transportation required Strong attendance and punctuality (tardiness will not be tolerated) #WETEMP #TNG123
