Hiring HR Assistant - Part-Time Hours + Growth Potential! Aberdeen, MD $22-$28/hour | 20-25 hours/week Start or Grow Your Career as an HR Assistant! We are actively hiring a detail-oriented and motivated HR Assistant to support recruiting and HR operations. This HR Assistant role is ideal for candidates with administrative experience, recruiting coordination skills, or entry-level Human Resources experience looking to grow in a fast-paced environment. This is for a leading manufacturer specializing in high-quality building materials used in commercial and residential construction. With a strong focus on innovation and operational excellence, we support projects across North America. HR Assistant Responsibilities Support full-cycle recruiting activities, including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates and hiring managers Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) data and candidate records Assist with onboarding, new-hire paperwork, and orientation support Maintain employee files, HR documentation, and compliance tracking Provide administrative support to the HR team and assist with HR projects HR Assistant Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources, recruiting, administrative support, or office coordination Strong organizational skills, multitasking ability, and attention to detail Excellent communication skills and professionalism Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Ability to handle confidential information and work independently
