Job Description

Duties Help Provide support to employees, supervisors, and managers in mission support functions such as human resources, occupational health and safety, facilities management, security, procurement, asset management, and travel administration. Develop, implement, interpret, and advise managers on administrative policies to improve efficiencies. Exercise flexibility and organizational awareness, and collaborate across directorate lines to successfully carry out the Asylum Division's mission. Research and analyze complex administrative projects and make sound recommendations supported by comprehensive reports, findings, or briefings utilizing various databases.
