Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Human Resources Assistant to support the daily functions of the Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will assist with a variety of HR tasks including recruitment, onboarding, employee record management, benefits administration, and general administrative support. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in all aspects of HR.
Prepare new hire paperwork, coordinate onboarding processes, and ensure a smooth orientation experience.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, both digital and physical.
Support benefits enrollment and respond to employee questions about benefits and company policies.
Help organize and coordinate HR projects (e.g., employee engagement, performance reviews, training sessions).Monitor compliance with labor regulations and internal policies.
Draft HR documents, memos, and reports as needed.
Assist with timekeeping and attendance tracking, and report discrepancies.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion.
Provide administrative support to the HR department and assist with special projects as required.
