HR Manager - Drive Our Team Forward! Are you ready to steer a dynamic team and fuel our dealership's success? We're looking for an HR Manager who's passionate about people, culture, and growth. Key Responsibilities Assist with recruiting efforts, from job postings to interview scheduling Support the onboarding and offboarding process for employees Maintain and update employee records and HR files Help administer employee benefits and respond to related questions Process paperwork for new hires, terminations, and policy changes Assist with attendance tracking, PTO requests, and HRIS data entry Support employee engagement and training efforts Ensure compliance with federal and state employment regulations Other duties as assigned by management Benefits Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications Full time position with growth potential Health, dental, and vision insurance.
