Job Summary This is a Tep position (4wks-12wks) We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team and drive our HR initiatives forward. In this vital role, you will serve as a key point of contact for employee relations, talent acquisition, benefits administration, and compliance. Your energetic approach will help foster a positive workplace culture, streamline HR processes, and support organizational growth. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your expertise in human capital management while making a meaningful impact on our team's success. Responsibilities Manage end-to-end talent acquisition processes, including sourcing candidates through ATS platforms such as iCIMS, Taleo, or Workday, conducting interviews, and coordinating onboarding activities. Oversee employee orientation programs to ensure new hires are smoothly integrated into the organization. Administer employee benefits programs and assist with benefits enrollment, changes, and inquiries Support performance management initiatives by facilitating employee evaluations and tracking progress through HRIS systems such as SAP SuccessFactors or Oracle HCM. Ensure compliance with employment and labor laws including
FMLA, OSHA, DDA, OHCQ
regulations, workers' compensation policies, and affirmative action planning. Handle employee relations issues with professionalism, employing conflict management skills to resolve concerns effectively. Assist in developing strategic HR initiatives such as succession planning, organization design, and change management projects to enhance workforce effectiveness. Experience Proven experience in human resources management or related administrative roles with familiarity in HR sourcing, data collection, and data entry procedures. Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday, UltiPro, Kronos, or PeopleSoft is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of employment law regulations including
FMLA, OSHA, DDA, OHCQ
standards, and labor contracts. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the organization. Prior experience with payroll systems like Paychex or ADP is a plus. Pay:
$19.00 - $20.00 per hour
