Job Description
The Human Resource Assistant will perform administrative tasks and services to support effective and efficient operations of the organization's human resource department.
RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES
Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Hiring Support Post and manage all open job positions across various platforms Track candidate progress and maintain recruitment logs Assist with scheduling interviews and candidate communications Expat Administration Track and manage expat housing leases, renewals, and terms Maintain records for expat company vehicles, including leases, mileage, and maintenance schedules HR Reporting & Administration Provide regular reports and updates to the HR Manager Maintain accurate HR records and documentation Assist with audits and compliance tracking as needed Training & Development Coordinate employee training sessions and onboarding schedules Track training completion and maintain training records Benefits Administration Assist with employee benefits enrollment and changes Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits and policies Support open enrollment processes Employee Relations Support Serve as a point of contact for employee questions and concerns Escalate issues appropriately to HR Manager Help maintain a positive and supportive work environment- Performs other duties as assigned.
JOB SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn payroll management, human resource information system (HRIS), and similar computer applications.
