credit hours. - currently have a work-study award given by Financial Aid - If you have not received an award or are not sure, fill out and submit this form and contact with questions. Job Responsibilities Greet and properly direct visitors General clerical duties including typing, filing, answering phones, photocopying, scanning, faxing, and stocking supplies Provides support to full-time staff with project implementations Maintain unit confidentiality May distribute mail and prepare mailings Pick up and deliver items from various departments, as necessary Proofreading assignments as available Perform other related duties as assigned Education High school graduate or GED equivalent. Qualifications Prior office experience helpful, but not required.
