Human Resources and Payroll Coordinator Job Summary:
Preferred Care MI is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources and Payroll Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a vital role in supporting the operational needs of our organization by providing administrative support to our HR department. Human Resources and Payroll Coordinator is responsible for assisting with recruitment efforts, maintaining accurate employee records, and providing exceptional customer service to our employees and management team. We are seeking a Human Resources and Payroll Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for assisting with recruitment efforts, maintaining accurate employee records, and providing exceptional customer service to our employees and management team. Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Hiring:
Assist with job postings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating new hire paperwork to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
Employee Records Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, benefits, and performance evaluations.
HR Operations:
Provide administrative support to the HR department, including answering employee questions, resolving conflicts, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Special Projects:
Assist with special projects, such as employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and employee recognition events.
Communication and Reporting:
Develop and maintain effective communication channels with employees, managers, and other stakeholders, and prepare reports and metrics as needed.
Requirements:
Previous experience in human resources or a related field High school diploma or equivalent required Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software applications
