As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our HR team in various administrative and operational tasks. About the Role As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including but not limited to:
Employee Data Entry :
Accurately and efficiently enter and maintain employee data into our HR system.
Benefit Administration :
Assist with benefits administration, including tracking employee benefits, answering benefit-related questions, and handling benefit-related documentation.
HR Operations :
Complete with various HR operations, such as onboarding, orientation, offboarding, and employee record-keeping.
Special Projects :
Participate in special projects and initiatives, such as compliance reporting, employee engagement, and training programs. Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to employees and management. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Collaborate with HR team members to ensure seamless service delivery. Stay up to date with HR best practices and regulations. Perform other administrative tasks as needed. Requirements High School Diploma or Equivalent required 0-2 years of experience in human resources or a related field. Prior experience in healthcare Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
