• Assist with building and maintaining a pool of qualified drivers by supporting recruiting efforts such as applicant screening, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-up.
• Support communication between field staff employees and clients to help ensure quality service delivery, escalating service issues or concerns to management as needed.
• Conduct follow-up calls and communications with employees and clients to help confirm successful placements and overall satisfaction.
• Assist in addressing field staff employee questions related to pay, assignments, or working conditions by gathering information and coordinating with recruiters or management for resolution.
• Complete, track, and maintain all required documentation in accordance with company policies and federal or state regulations, including new hire paperwork, I-9 forms, reference checks, background screenings, and client-specific requirements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. • Previous temporary staffing/recruiting experience and/or 2 years of related experience in a service industry.
