Job Description Location:
Henry Ford Providence Rochester Hospital Schedule:
5am-3:30pm, 40 hours per week and weekend rotation.
Responsibilities:
Reviews and assists with daily clinical staffing to ensure adequate staffing. Drive clinical staffing excellence by optimizing scheduling systems and collaborating with clinical leadership to ensure adequate, cost-effective staffing coverage.
Responsibilities:
Optimize and maintain scheduling systems and staffing records, ensuring accurate tracking of assignments and real-time updates across all clinical units. Champion collaborative partnerships with clinical unit leadership to implement strategic staffing adjustments that enhance operational efficiency and minimize financial impact. Gather and analyze staffing and financial data to support data-driven reporting and continuous improvement initiatives. Be the go-to expert for staff, providing timely guidance and support on clinical scheduling questions and concerns. Maintain comprehensive staffing office documentation (reports, staffing sheets, agency bookings, credentials) and efficiently input agency staff information into electronic scheduling systems to ensure compliance and accessibility.
Qualifications Requirements:
High School diploma equivalency or 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable. Krono's experience preferred
