Job Description

Human Resources Coordinator The Human Resources Coordinator will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Human Resources department. This role will provide administrative functions and support for various human resource activities, projects, and events. Role Responsibilities Review employee change and new hire documentation, ensuring completeness and appropriate approvals. Accurately inputs data into PeopleSoft (Oracle) for new hires and current employee changes. This include both direct employees and any information needed for Contract Labor personnel. Maintains employee records (physical and electronic) in accordance with record retention policies. Will help disposition terminated employee records in accordance with record retention policies and any federal and state guidelines. Apply appropriate process documentation to various HR requests to ensure consistent and thorough processing. Assist with internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests. Respond to any third-party requests for VOE. Assist employees who have questions by responding directly or directing employees to the appropriate HR representative. Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events, and maintain agendas if assigned Support administrative Talent Acquisition tasks, such as conference room booking and interview scheduling. Order lunches and provide logistical support for HR events. Process check requests as needed Book travel and prepare/submit expense reports. Submit maintenance and facilities requests. Process Material Requisitions as needed Handle mail distribution, shipping, and overnighting items and order office supplies as needed. Qualifications Associates degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field required OR Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred OR Equivalent combination of education and directly related experience may be considered. 35 years of experience in a human resources administrative support role, preferably in a corporate or manufacturing environment. Experience supporting HR processes such as new hires, employee changes, terminations, and record retention and have a solid understanding of HR processes (hiring, employee changes, terminations, record retention). Prior experience working with an
HRIS/ERP
system; PeopleSoft (Oracle) experience strongly preferred. Experience with Concur (SAP) travel and expense platform desired but not required Demonstrated discretion, integrity, and sound judgment in handling sensitive and confidential information. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to accurately enter, audit, and maintain data in
HRIS/ERP
systems (e.g., PeopleSoft/Oracle). Comfortable working with both electronic and physical filing systems. Basic understanding of payroll processes and leave/attendance calculations. Working knowledge of standard HR practices and processes (recruiting support, onboarding, employee changes, record retention). Familiarity with HR documentation, approval workflows, and record retention requirements. Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in data entry and documentation. Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills; able to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines in a fastpaced environment. Strong customer service orientation when interacting with employees, leaders, and external contacts. Clear, professional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a team. Demonstrated discretion, integrity, and sound judgment in handling sensitive and confidential information. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and learn new HR systems, tools, and processes.
