Job Description

Human Resources Assistant/Generalist College Park Industries was founded in 1988 after a local machinist set out to create the world's most anatomically correct prosthetic foot. It is now a leading, global prosthetics manufacturer located in Warren, Michigan. We take pride in our innovative products and precise engineering that restores maximum function for amputees of all ages and activity levels. Overview We are hiring a Human Resources Generalist to assist with many responsibilities of the HR Department.
They include:
Talent Acquisition Payroll Processing Employee Benefits Affirmative Action Employee Relations HR Training Performance Reviews Government Reports Labor Law Posters FMLA Workers Compensation Claims This position affords the opportunity to work with the executives, sales team, engineers, quality assurance, production team, customer service, marketing, accounting, technical services, and research and development. This is a great opportunity for an HR goal-oriented person looking to be involved with all aspects of Human Resources.
Salary Range :
$40,000•$50,000 (based on experience)
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Management 2 years of recruiting experience Computer skills•MSOffice•MS Word and Excel Able to handle a high volume of paperwork Be well organized Have excellent written and verbal communication skills Able to work with all levels of coworkers On-site Position Preferred experience: 2 years of payroll experience Previous experience with DM Payroll and/or Workday helpful Experience with Outlook and Teams Familiar with affirmative action and applicant tracking, as well as VETS 4212 and EEO-1 reporting requirements
