Job Summary The Recruiting Coordinator is primarily responsible for supporting the full recruitment and onboarding lifecycle. This role enhances the candidate and stakeholder experience through effective coordination, process optimization, and the strategic use of systems and technology
Pay:
$18.50 - 20.50 an hour based on experience (overtime will be paid at 1.5 times the normal hourly pay rate).
Hours:

Job Duties:
Collaborate and communicate effectively with Talent Acquisition and People Team stakeholders throughout the recruitment and onboarding lifecycle Coordinate and execute recruiting processes, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes Utilize systems and technology to identify, assess, and respond to stakeholder and candidate needs Manage fluctuating workloads and priorities in a dynamic environment Maintain consistency in policies and processes by consulting with cross-functional stakeholders Identify opportunities for process improvement and support implementation of innovative solutions Assist with projects and ad hoc initiatives (e.g., staffing, mergers & acquisitions support, compliance, onboarding, assessments, case management) Educate and advise stakeholders using knowledge of Talent Acquisition services and operations Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion Requirements 2+ years of professional experience High school diploma or equivalent Ability to collaborate and consult with stakeholders across different levels of the organization Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) Ability to pass a background check and drug test Highly Preferred Large corporation experience Health plan / managed care / healthcare industry experience Experience with recruiting technologies (e.g., Taleo, PeopleSoft, HireVue, TalentSource CRM) Experience supporting mergers and acquisitions activities
