Job Description

Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Human Resources Coordinator to support daily HR operations and help ensure a positive employee experience. This role will assist with a wide range of human resources functions, including onboarding, employee records management, benefits administration support, recruitment coordination, and HRIS data entry. The ideal candidate is professional, resourceful, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Coordinate and support the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, posting job openings, and communicating with candidates + Assist with new hire onboarding, orientation, and employee documentation + Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR files are updated and compliant + Support benefits administration, enrollments, changes, and employee questions + Enter and update employee information in the HRIS and other internal systems + Prepare HR-related reports, letters, and documentation as needed + Respond to routine employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs + Assist with payroll coordination by collecting and verifying employee data + Support performance management and training administration processes + Help ensure compliance with company policies, employment laws, and internal procedures + Participate in employee engagement initiatives and other HR projects + Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information
Requirements Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred + 1+ years of human resources, administrative, or coordinator experience preferred + Familiarity with HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office applications + Knowledge of HR practices, employment documentation, and office procedures + Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail + Excellent written and verbal communication skills + Ability to handle confidential information with discretion + Strong time management and multitasking abilities + Collaborative mindset and customer service orientation
