Description We are looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to join a growing team and support a variety of HR functions. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and helping ensure day-to-day HR operations run smoothly. You'll assist with onboarding, employee support, recruiting coordination, and administrative HR tasks while partnering closely with managers and employees across the organization. Responsibilities

+ Support the onboarding process, including new hire paperwork and orientation coordination.

+ Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.

+ Maintain employee records and ensure documentation is accurate and up to date.

+ Respond to employee questions regarding policies, benefits, and HR processes.

+ Assist with benefits administration, employment verifications, and other HR-related documentation.

+ Track HR metrics, reports, and compliance requirements.

+ Provide administrative support for HR projects and department initiatives.

+ Help create a positive employee experience through responsive and professional support. Requirements 1+ years of experience in human resources, recruiting, administration, or a related field. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. High level of professionalism and ability to handle confidential information. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HR systems is preferred.
