Job Description

Job SummaryOur client is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Human Resources Coordinator to support daily HR operations. This role will assist with recruiting, onboarding, employee records management, benefits administration, and general HR support. The ideal candidate is professional, confidential, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesSupport day-to-day human resources operations and administrative functionsAssist with recruiting activities, including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communicationCoordinate onboarding and orientation for new hiresMaintain accurate employee files and HR recordsAssist with benefits administration and employee inquiriesSupport payroll, timekeeping, and compliance-related tasks as neededPrepare HR documents, reports, and correspondenceHelp ensure company policies and procedures are followedProvide general support to employees and management on HR-related matters
