Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated HR Coordinator to join a growing Human Resources department and serve as a vital link in our daily operations. In this role, you will be the engine behind our talent acquisition and employee experience, managing everything from sourcing top-tier candidates on professional networks to facilitating a seamless onboarding process for new hires. You will play a key role in maintaining data integrity and confidentiality, ensuring all employee records, benefits administration, and compliance standards meet our high internal bars and legal requirements. Beyond the paperwork, you will be a creative force in our engagement initiatives, helping to brainstorm and coordinate activities that keep our team motivated and connected. This is a 100% on site, Contract to Hire opportunity 8AM-5PM Mon-Fri •After 6 months, 1 day/week can be worked remotely Benefits and PTO upon permanent hire If you have 2-3+ years of HR experience, a "can-do" attitude, and a passion for building professional, efficient workplaces, we want to hear from yousalary: $22 - $28 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 5
