Start:

ASAP We are seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to join a growing organization and support day-to-day HR operations. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build their HR career and be part of a collaborative, fast-paced team. 3-6 months in the office and then 1 day work from home weekly.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain employee records and HR documentation Support recruiting, onboarding, and offboarding processes Assist with benefits administration and employee inquiries Track attendance, PTO, and leave data Coordinate training, performance reviews, and HR initiatives Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws

Qualifications:

1-3 years of HR experience or related degree Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and professionalism Proficiency in Microsoft Office Eagerness to learn and grow in HR Why Join?
