Job Description

Job Summary The Human Resources Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting the HR department by managing various functions related to the recruiting process. This position involves coordinating recruitment efforts, facilitating employee orientation, and ensuring compliance with employment and labor laws. Duties Assist in talent acquisition processes, including job postings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews. Manage employee orientation programs to ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the organization. Source candidates through different methods like LinkedIn, Indeed, and employee referrals Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to job boards Attend job fairs and other recruiting events Manage the E-Verify process and I-9 compliance documentation Update personnel files Skills Over 3 years of experience as a Human Resources Coordinator. In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations relevant to Human Resources. Administrative experience with a strong emphasis on data entry accuracy and attention to detail. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining high levels of organization and efficiency. Familiarity with social media management strategies aimed at enhancing employer branding. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
