Job Description

Essential Duties & Responsibilities Recruiting & Talent Acquisition Coordinate recruiting activities for multiple locations and departments. Maintain communication with candidates and hiring managers. Manage job postings across recruiting platforms and company systems. Track recruiting metrics and hiring progress. Assist with employment offers and pre-employment requirements. Onboarding & New Hire Experience Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation processes. Ensure completion of all required employment documentation. Facilitate background checks, drug screenings, and employment verification activities. Monitor onboarding progress and follow up on outstanding requirements. Partner with managers to ensure Day One readiness for new employees. Employee Records Management Maintain employee personnel files and HRIS records. Process employee status changes, transfers, promotions, and terminations. Ensure employee records are accurate, complete, and compliant with applicable laws. Assist with document retention and recordkeeping requirements. Support audits and reporting requests. HR Support & Employee Communication Serve as a primary HR contact for employee and manager inquiries. Provide guidance regarding company policies, procedures, and benefits. Assist with employee relations documentation and administrative support. Prepare HR communications, forms, and correspondence. Support employee engagement and retention initiatives. HR Compliance Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws. Ensure I-9, E-Verify, and employment documentation compliance. Assist with policy administration and handbook acknowledgments. Support HR audits, investigations, and compliance reviews. Monitor required labor law postings and employment notices. Administrative Support Generate reports from HR systems and maintain HR metrics. Assist with special projects and process improvement initiatives. Support payroll, benefits, and HR team functions as needed. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information. Qualifications Required Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience. Minimum of 2 years of Human Resources, Recruiting, or Administrative experience. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams). Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Preferred Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Experience with HRIS systems (UKG experience preferred). Experience supporting multi-state employment practices. HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR, or willingness to pursue certification). Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
