Job Summary:

This role supports the planning and execution of defensive unofficial visits by coordinating itineraries, logistics, and on-campus visit operations for Ole Miss Football.

Job Description:

This role supports the planning and execution of defensive unofficial visits by coordinating itineraries, logistics, and on-campus visit operations. Responsibilities include maintaining recruiting board alignment across systems, updating transcript tracking documents, assisting with visit report organization and accuracy, communicating with vendors and restaurants, and serving as a primary host for recruits and families during campus visits.

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for aligning Scout with ARMS based on NextGen Recruiting board Weekly update of transcript google doc based on NextGen Assist with all On-Campus Event Logistics Assist as primary host for recruits and families during on-campus visits Vendor communication: caterer, rentals, etc. Restaurant reservations Mange Visit report tracking and organization Gather Unofficial Visit form + itinerary and organize for students to enter visit reports Check to make sure visit reports were completed and done correctly in
