Long-Term Contract Position Overview We are seeking a Recruiting/HR Coordinator to support a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role will be approximately 70% recruiting and 30% HR administration, making it ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with candidates, coordinating hiring activities, and supporting daily HR operations. Key Responsibilities Recruit for hourly manufacturing positions including Machine Operators, Packaging Operators, and Forklift Operators. Create and manage job postings and track applicant activity throughout the hiring process. Schedule and coordinate onsite interviews and candidate assessments. Conduct onboarding activities, including new hire orientation, I-9 completion, and E-Verify processing. Maintain accurate recruiting and HR records and data tracking. Coordinate onsite and offsite hiring events and job fairs. Manage the company store, including selling merchandise to employees, handling cash payments, maintaining inventory, and reordering products as needed. Partner with hiring managers to support changing staffing needs and recruiting priorities. Qualifications 3-5 years of recruiting and/or human resources experience. Experience recruiting for manufacturing, production, or hourly workforce positions preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Excellent computer and record-keeping skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. #PROF26
