Bilingual HR and Accounting Coordinator Synergy Installation Solutions - 2.8 Charlotte, NC Job Details Full-time $45,000 - $55,000 an hour 16 hours ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Paid time off Vision insurance Qualifications Spanish QuickBooks SharePoint Payroll Full Job Description Key Responsibilities Operations Support Process and review payroll information for field employees Prepare customer invoices and ensure timely billing Compile and distribute job completion and productivity reports Assist with project documentation and administrative support Receive and process incoming customer payments Maintain accurate operational records and filing systems Accounting & Finance Record customer payments and deposits Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding balances Assist with month-end reporting and reconciliation activities Maintain financial records in QuickBooks Support budgeting and financial reporting efforts as assigned Human Resources Assist with employee onboarding and orientation in both English and Spanish Maintain employee records and personnel files Support benefits administration and enrollment processes Help develop, document, and implement company policies and procedures Coordinate training records and compliance documentation Assist with recruiting and hiring activities as needed Systems & Process Improvement Maintain and organize SharePoint sites and company records Support workflow automation and process improvement initiatives Help standardize documentation and administrative procedures Assist with training administration and reporting
Pay:
$45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per hour
