PACON is a custom manufacturer of Wipes & Pads for the Consumer, Industrial & Medical Industries.SUMMARY:
We have a great opportunity for a Talent & Workforce Coordinator who would like to expand their interest in the Human Resource field with an established manufacturing company. The right candidate will assist in coordinating human resources activities including but not limited to employment, recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, safety, and employee development. This position has opportunities for overtime.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Manufacturing Recruiting Develops and implements all phases of the recruitment process Partners with managers to define hiring needs and job criteria Maintains active candidate pipelines Screens applicants and coordinates interviews Facilitates hiring decisions and offer coordination Supports temp-to-hire conversion pipeline Promotes workforce opportunities through job boards and social media Supports hiring events and community outreach such as job fairs. Electronic Onboarding & Orientation Creates digital onboarding workflows and documentation Supports development of digital orientation materials Coordinates new hire orientation scheduling Tracks onboarding completion milestones (30/60/90-day) Reduces early turnover risk through onboarding improvements Training Administration & HR Systems Inputs completed training into ADP or HRIS systems Maintains digital training records, performance reviews and disciplinary actions Supports supervisor training documentation Coordinates onboarding training tracking Converts paper processes into digital workflows Workforce Support & Floor Engagement Maintains visible HR presence on production floor Supports employee onboarding and integration Assist supervisors with attendance tracking Conducts stay & exit interviews Flags early retention risks Supports employee engagement initiatives Provides bilingual workforce communication support Recruiting Metrics & Visibility Track and report recruiting metrics such as applicant flow, time-to-fill, turnover, etc. Provide insight into staffing challenges to support workforce planning and staffing strategies. Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies. Performs other related duties as assigned by management.QUALIFICATIONS
Associate degree preferred 1-3 years recruiting or HR experience Manufacturing environment experience preferred Experience with ADP or HRIS systems preferred Proficient in Microsoft office suite; Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word Strong organizational and digital documentation skills Professional communication abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities High confidentiality and discretionLANGUAGE REQUIREMENT
Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred to support workforce communication and onboarding.COMPETENCIES
