Description At Peak Resources, a leading NC skilled nursing, memory care, and assisted living company, with nine locations across North Carolina, our top priority is providing a relaxing and comforting environment that focuses on the well-being and happiness of our residents. We are currently seeking a qualified Human Resources Coordinator (HRC) to join our team at Peak Resources Outer Banks. Excellent compensation and benefits! Typical Work Schedule is:
Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm Role Responsibilities Human Resources is a vital role at our Peak facilities. The HR Coordinator performs various administrative services to support human resources functions within the facility, including recruiting, new employee onboarding and orientation, employee personnel and credential updates, offboarding, employee FMLA/LOA, as well as perform payroll processes and lead employee engagement activities. This position connects with the Corporate HR team to assist on various matters, such as unemployment and workers compensation claims. Requirements Required Skills, Education, Licensure, and/or Certifications High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree or equivalent preferred Excellent computer skills experience including internet navigation, Microsoft products. Strong problem solving and decision-making skills with an understanding of employee relationships Ability to quickly establish rapport with others Solution driven with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a quick paced environment Must not pose a direct threat to the health or safety of other individuals in the workplace Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language Preferred Experience Previous payroll / HR experience Experience with
HRIS / HCM
