Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic Human Resources team as a Human Resources Assistant, where your energy and organizational skills will drive our HR initiatives forward! Your proactive approach will help streamline processes, enhance employee engagement, and uphold our commitment to compliance and excellence in human resources management. Duties Assist with talent acquisition efforts by supporting recruiting activities, including ATS (Applicant Tracking System) management and candidate screening. Facilitate employee orientation and onboarding programs to ensure new hires are welcomed and well-informed about company policies and procedures. Support employee evaluation processes through data collection, performance management documentation, and scheduling evaluations. Contribute to benefits administration by processing enrollments, updates, and inquiries related to employee benefits packages. Maintain accurate HR records using HRIS (Human Resources Information System) platforms; ensure data integrity through diligent data entry and analysis. Aid in compliance with employment laws including FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act), OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration), and other regulatory requirements. Assist with HR projects related to workforce management, organization design, succession planning, affirmative action planning, and change management initiatives. Skills Strong knowledge of human capital management principles and HR legal compliance standards. Proficiency in medical HR systems Excellent communication skills for effective employee relations and conflict management. Demonstrated experience with personnel administration tasks. Ability to analyze data using Excel for reporting purposes; familiarity with data collection and analysis techniques is preferred. Experience supporting training & development programs and performance management processes. Familiarity with employment & labor law regulations to ensure organizational compliance; knowledge of OSHA standards is a plus. Project management skills to coordinate multiple HR initiatives simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
