We are seeking a passionate Training and LMS Coordinator to coordinate all aspects of staff training and compliance while managing the organization's Learning Management System (LMS), currently Relias or any other future platform adopted by the organization. What We're Looking For Education:

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or related field preferred.

Skills:

Minimum of 2 years' experience in training coordination, HR support, or learning administration. Proficiency with Relias or similar or technically savvy.
