Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the full recruitment process, from posting job openings to onboarding new hires.
- Sourcing and identifying top talent to join our team of pet care professionals.
- Conducting initial screenings and coordinating interviews with hiring managers.
- Assisting with employee onboarding to ensure a smooth transition for new team members.
