Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Base Administrator to support the efficient day-to-day operation of our Minot, ND location. The successful candidate will serve as a key point of contact for employees, assist with administrative and HR-related functions, coordinate travel and training requirements, and ensure office processes run smoothly. This role is ideal for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping people, and can effectively manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism. \n Key Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls and manage mail distribution for the assigned location. Serve as the primary point of contact for employees with general administrative and non-field-related inquiries. Complete and assist with daily, weekly, and monthly administrative reports and documentation. Order, distribute, and maintain inventory of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Create, enter, track, and receive purchase orders within the PO system. Partner with Human Resources to ensure all pre-employment requirements are completed for new hires. Assist with onboarding activities, including verifying new hire documentation and supporting orientation sessions. Coordinate and schedule employee training courses as required. Maintain and update employee records, including certifications, registrations, insurance information, and training records. Arrange and track accommodations, including hotels, flights, and workforce lodging/man camps. Administer and coordinate quarterly random drug and alcohol testing programs. Liaise with the IT department regarding office equipment, system access, and technical issues. Provide administrative support to management and perform other duties as assigned. Required Skills & Experience Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams). Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment. Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively as part of a team.
