Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Office Administrator-HR/Payroll support to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various HR functions, including recruitment, orientation, health benefits and employee relations. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with all levels of staff. This person needs to be compliance driven, retention minded, technology savvy with a good moral compass. Duties
- Manage recruitment processes from job posting to onboarding
- Coordinate training and development programs for employees
- Assist with workforce management and scheduling
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate HR records
- Support projects related to HR initiatives and Retention
- Manage indeed platform for HR purposes
- Assist in recruiting efforts and conducting interviews
- Familiarity with payroll reporting and compliance
- Accounts Payables and Receivables
- Manage front office, support staff, and phone systems Experience
- Proven experience in HR functions such as recruitment, training, and employee relations
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse teams
- Knowledge of workers' compensation processes
- Proficiency in project management and organizational skills-QAPI knowledge a benefit
- -Strong IT skills and capable of navigating around technology-Microsoft Office, Teams, Shared Drive, excel
