Securitas Security Services is expanding our Security Team at Lonza located in Newington, NH. We are looking for Part-Time and Full-Time Security Officers to fill various shifts . The ideal candidate brings a background in military service, law enforcement, or security, along with strong leadership and managerial capabilities. Previous experience in security or management is strongly preferred but not required, as Securitas offers a comprehensive training program to support your success. Whether you are just starting your career or in retirement, Securitas is a GREAT choice!

Pay Rate:

Starting at $20.00/hr with shift differential for 3 rd shift being $21.20

1 st Shift, Friday

• Monday, 6:00am
• 2:00pm , 32 hrs/week 1 st /2 nd Shift, Sunday & Wednesday, 6:00am
• 2:00pm
• Friday & Saturday, 2:00pm
• 10:00pm, 32 hrs/week 2nd Shift, Sunday
• Thursday, 2:00pm
• 10:00pm, 40 hrs/week 3 rd Shift, Friday
• Monday, 10:00pm

18 Years of age or older. High School Diploma or GED. Standard computer / technology skills needed. Previous Military and/or Law enforcement experience a plus!! Must be reliable, accountable, punctual, & have a strong work ethic Conflict resolution & de-escalation skills preferred. Strong customer service skills. Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner. Must be able to conduct foot and/or mobile patrols throughout shift

• During various weather conditions.

Must be able to stay alert & have great attention to detail. Must be comfortable conducting access control duties. Must have a reliable means of transportation & communication.

WORKING CONDITIONS

Occasionally reaching with hands and arms, stooping, kneeling, crouching and crawling. Frequent lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds. Close vision, distance vision, and ability to adjust focus. On occasion it may be required to perform stressful and physical activity.
