Overview General Internal Medicine (GIM) and Primary Care 40 hours per week Are you a strategic, collaborative, and forward-thinking nursing leader looking to make a broad impact in an academic outpatient setting? We are seeking an experienced and motivated Ambulatory Nurse Manager to lead clinical operations across four primary care locations, based in Lebanon NH, serving approximately 50,000 patients. In this key leadership role, you will oversee a multidisciplinary team of Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, Medical Assistants, Licensed Nursing Assistants, and Patient Care Assistants. Supported by Nursing Supervisors and Medical Assistant Supervisors, you will focus on strategic leadership, team development, and operational excellence—while fostering a high-performance environment that prioritizes safety, efficiency, compassion, and team engagement. You will operate within a triad leadership model—partnering closely with Medical Directors and Practice Managers—to align clinical operations with organizational strategy and advance patient-centered care. Additionally, you will collaborate with a Clinical Nurse Leader to lead quality and process improvement efforts, and with a Nursing Educator to support staff onboarding, continuing education, and competency development. - Plans adequate staffing and adjustments based on patient needs and staff skill mix.
- Evaluates performance of staff members, including coaching and performance management processes.
- Manages the hiring process.

- Graduate from an accredited Nursing Program required.
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (BSN) with 2 years of clinical experience and demonstrated leadership ability required.
- Masters of Science Degree in Nursing (MSN) preferred.
